Connecting catalogue enable businesses to display their products directly within conversations, allowing customers to easily browse, view product details, and make purchases.
Steps to Connect a Catalogue
Navigate to the dashboard -> WhatsApp -> E-commerce -> Catalogue
Click on “Connect Facebook Account” on the top right corner
Connect your catalogue
Click on “Choose a Catalogue”
Select the product from the list
Click on “Connect Catalogue”
A notification will be shown saying Catalogue connected successfully
