# Insights

1. Navigate to the Dashboard -> WhatsApp -> Insights.
2. In the Insights section, you can view messaging limits and conversation insights.
3. Messaging limits increase based on usage patterns.
4.  The current quality score is also displayed here.
5.  Conversation insights provide a breakdown of usage across different message categories for the selected date range.
